Ready to start the process of seeking care for a loved one?
Our kind and compassionate admissions staff have the answers to all of your questions.
We recommend calling our admissions team to speak to someone about the needs of your loved one and scheduling a tour of our short-term care/long-term care facilities. Fill out our contact form or call our Admissions Director, Angel Roberts, at (409) 842-2228 to learn more.
Once you have seen the facility and asked us any preliminary questions, we will walk you through the paperwork process. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease with all of your questions answered. We will guarantee that your loved one is comfortable in their new home, adjusts to the schedule of meals and activities, and closely monitor their personal care plans.
Beaumont Health Care Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and many more insurances and managed care payment sources. We never want finances to stand in the way of quality care for your loved ones. Ask us about our financial options.
